Logging in:

Q: Why won’t the NNPN website let me create my password?

A: Your password must be at least 7 characters in length.

Q: What should I do if I forgot my password?

A: Go to the NNPN website ( and click on the "LOGIN" link at the top right of the page. Then click on the "Forgot your Password?" link on this login page. It will ask you to input your username. Once you do this and click the "Submit" button, a new password will be immediately emailed to you. It is highly recommended once you receive your new password, that you consider changing it immediately to something you can more easily remember.

Q: What should I do if I forgot my username?

A: Email with your organizational email address and ask them to look up your username for you. You can expect a response within 1-3 business days.

Viewing the Podcasts:

Q: Why won’t the podcast play when I click on it?

A: Ensure you are logged into your account on the NNPN website. Once on the podcast page, you must enter the password for the podcast which is provided on each podcast webpage above the podcast window. That password is the same for all podcasts.

Q: I entered the podcast password but it’s still not playing. How do I get it to work?

A: Check with your Information Technology (IT) staff at your organization and ensure that you have Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. Alternatively, on some browsers you need to click on the podcast window to bring up the little sideways triangle play button and then click on this button to start the podcast (after entering the podcasts password).
