Educating Staff About EBP
How are you introducing evidence-based practice (EBP) to your staff? Our member sites have been very creative in the way they introduce EBP into their organizations. The following are examples of ways to get the message across. Please feel free to use these ideas, or send us some of your own!
To further assist your efforts in educating staff about EBP and the process, NNPN offers the Advance Practice Institute EBP Workshop facilitated by Dr. Marita Titler and has produced a toolkit geared towards the unit/individual to provide assistance. To explore hosting a workshop, please contact Dr. Titler at email@example.com.
